7.Data Retention
qjili retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements. The following general retention periods apply:
- Account and Identity Data: Retained for the duration of your active account and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and AML obligations under Philippine law.
- Transaction and Financial Data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, consistent with the requirements of the Anti-Money Laundering Act.
- Customer Support Records: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the last interaction, or longer where a dispute remains unresolved.
- Technical and Log Data: Retained for up to twelve (12) months, unless required longer for security investigations or regulatory compliance.
- Marketing Consent Records: Retained for the duration of your consent and for one (1) year following withdrawal of consent, as evidence of the consent having been obtained and revoked.
